🔄 Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• To be eligible, items must be unopened, sealed, and in their original condition/packaging.
• Opened booster packs, used cards, or damaged items not caused by us cannot be returned.

💰 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or faulty.

🔄 Exchanges

• Exchanges are possible if the product is sealed and in stock.
• If the desired item is unavailable, we will provide a refund instead.

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty item), we’ll cover return shipping costs.
• For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Opened booster packs or boxes.
• Clearance or sale items.
• Digital gift cards.
