📦 Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.
- During product launches, restocks, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
🚚 Shipping Times
- Standard UK delivery: 3–8 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays outside of our control.
💷 Shipping Costs
- Free UK Shipping on all orders.
- No hidden handling fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
🌍 International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the UK. Please contact our support team if you are outside the UK and would like to request a custom shipping arrangement.
📩 Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the courier’s system.
